Hi @dexterroona,
Thank you for your patience and for keeping us updated!
Can you please share some screenshots before adding this code so that I will be able to notice the differences (the title being above the images with that extra padding and the font change)? This will help me provide better assistance for you.
Please let me know how it goes!
Best regards,
Mara

In reply to: [Neve] Links do not have a discernible nameHi @fitsmartyou,
Thank you for reaching out and for using Neve!
I understand your concern about the links not having discernible names. Since the configuration of these links is not related to Neve and is outside the scope of our Support Policy, we unfortunately can’t assist with this specific issue.
However, I recommend exploring Accessibility Plugins that can help you add
aria-labelsoraltattributes to improve accessibility on your site. These tools can be very effective in addressing such issues. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask. We’re here to help!
Best regards,
Mara

Hi @simonjonharding,
Thank you for using LightStart!
I have tried to replicate this issue on a fresh instance, but everything worked well. I installed the plugin, activate it and didn’t encounter any error. Can you please check if this is not a plugin conflict or a caching problem so we can better assist you?
- Checking for a plugin conflict – you can use this doc for troubleshooting;
- Checking for a caching problem – use this article to guide you through the steps;
Please let us know how it goes!

Hi @polemarch,
Thank you for using Otter Blocks!
As Stefan mentioned in his post, the current workaround is the only solution available for aligning columns at the same height. Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in option for this at the moment. However, I’ve submitted a feature request on GitHub, and the development team will review it to determine the next steps. You can check the progress here: https://github.com/Codeinwp/otter-blocks/issues/2334.
Kind regards,
Mara
Hi @anzgar,
Thank you for choosing PPOM and for reaching out with your question!
At this time, PPOM doesn’t have a built-in feature to populate field values directly from URL parameters.
I hope this doesn’t cause too much inconvenience for your project.
If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
Kind regards,
Mara

In reply to: [Neve] Design broken after updateHi @migueltic,
Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out to us!
If you haven’t set up a child theme for your website yet, please be aware that updating the main theme could erase any modifications you’ve made. To keep your changes safe, we always recommend creating a child theme. This article provides a helpful guide on what a child theme is and how to create one – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/14-how-to-create-a-child-theme.

Hi @lars4181,
Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out to us!
To ensure your posts display correctly with their featured images in a grid format, try adjusting the resolution in the Latest Post Block from Thumbnail to a size that better suits your needs. Alternatively, you might want to explore the Posts Block from the Otter Plugin. It’s fully compatible with Neve and provides even more customisation options.
You can see here the Resolution which you have to change in order to achieve the desired behaviour.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Mara
Hi @eventide0,
Thank you for using Otter Blocks!
I have tested on a fresh instance and this theme shouldn’t cause such incompatibilities. Please make sure that you have the latest versions installed both for the Otter plugin and for your theme. After uploading/selecting the photos you want to use for the slider, these options should be there even with Blocksy. The image gap and peek options appear only if you set the slider to show more than 1 image per page, and the height option appears under the style tab under the block settings in the right panel.
If the slider has more than 1 image set and these options still do not appear to you, can you please check:
- That you have cleared the cache for your website, you can use this article to help you – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1526-how-to-clear-the-cache-in-wordpress
- That this problem is not related to a plugin conflict. Use this article to guide you through the steps – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide

In reply to: [Neve] Neve Icon Page Layout disappearedHi @migueltic,
Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out!
I have tried replicating this problem on a fresh instance, but I didn’t encounter these issues. It’s possible that these problems could be related to a caching issue or a conflict with another plugin. Could you please check on your end by following the steps in these troubleshooting guides? They should help you resolve any potential conflicts or caching problems:
Additionally, could you please ensure that you have the latest versions of Neve, Gutenberg, and PHP? Keeping these up to date can often resolve such issues.
Kind regards,
MaraHi @travor,
Thank you for reaching out to us and for using Feedzy!
Unfortunately for the moment there is no way to retain the original date. However, we’ve passed this behaviour along to our development team, and they will be reviewing it. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as soon as we have more information, until then you can check the progress here.
Kind regards,
MaraHi @24jobs,

Hi @wibbskii,
Thank you for using PPOM and for reaching out to us!
These problems do not appear normally when configuring an instance and using PPOM so that makes me think that it could be related to some plugins that you have installed. I have also tried updating the plugin to see if this will break something, but no problems occurred here either.
Could you try and follow the steps described here so we can see if this is related to a plugin conflict?
Please let us know how it goes!
Hi @jimtron,
Thank you for your keeping us updated!
I checked a fresh instance, and there should be numerous Otter Blocks Patterns, including the Pricing table. Could you please make sure the plugin is up to date and that no other plugins are interfering with it? You can use this article to guide you through the troubleshooting steps for checking a plugin conflict.
Please let us know how it goes!
