Hey @keviamarie1,
Thank you for updating us!
We are glad that you’ve found a solution that works for you!
Regarding the “Hide this section on Mobile devices?” option being unchecked while still applying to the image, could indicate a caching issue. You can follow this article to clear all the cache on your end, which should resolve the issue.
How I verified that the image has that option enabled https://imgur.com/a/11DMn6R.
Please make sure the option remains unchecked, then follow the steps in the article to clear your cache.
Please let us know if this solves the problem!
Best regards,
Mara
Hi @will48,
Thanks for using Feedzy and for reaching out to us!
It looks like the issue with the feed is due to invalid XML formatting. While the feed can open in a browser, the RSS parser used by WordPress (SimplePie) is much stricter and has detected invalid characters or an incomplete XML structure in the feed. You can see this result here https://simplepie.org/demo/?feed=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cosmopolitan.com%2Fuk%2Frss%2Fall.xml
This is likely why the feed is being flagged as invalid during the import process. You can try contacting the owner to see if they can help.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!

In reply to: [Hestia] Default colors when using child themeHi @alexanderkorn,
Thank you for using Hestia and for reaching out!
I have accessed your website, and I can see that the background is, indeed, the color selected by you. Is the problem solved by now? This is how it looks on my end https://imgur.com/a/tXO2840.

Hi @todga,
Thank you for using Feedzy and for reaching out!
Let’s address your questions one by one:
- The feed needs to be valid in order for the import to work. Could you please share the feed URL you’re using so we can check it? You can also validate the feed yourself using this tool: Feed Validator. If the feed isn’t valid, the import won’t work.
- Feedzy automatically makes imported feeds searchable in WordPress as long as tthe imported Posts have the status Published.
- WordPress automatically includes posts in the search results, so they should be searchable unless something is excluding them.
Let us know if you need further assistance!

MaraHi @averycohen,
Thank you for using Visualizer and for reaching out to us!
The labels appear on the slices of the pie chart only if there is enough space for them. Since your text is quite big and the slice is pretty small, the label has no physical space to appear on the slice. This is the reason the behaviour is the same for the Free and Pro versions.

Hi @sophiemerry,
Thank you for using PPOM and for reaching out to us!
To clarify, it sounds like you’re using the Select field for your product add-ons. If this is the case, could you make sure to configure the exclude/include options for tax in WooCommerce? You can access them by going into the Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Tax, and you will have to set the options according to your preferences: https://imgur.com/a/XYSa9gE.In case you configured the option but the price in the checkout is still not displaying correctly for you, please share with us the configuration of the PPOM field and the tax options to better help you.

In reply to: [Hestia] blurry thumbnailsHi @lucianuzzaci10,
Thank you for using Hestia.
I’ve checked your website, and it seems that the featured images for your posts are set at 360 x 240px.
My recommendation is to:
- Clear the cache if you’re using a caching plugin.
- Reupload a high-quality image with at least 900 x 600px for one of the posts and then check the blog page again.
The issue might also be caused by an image optimization plugin if it’s resizing the images, so you may want to check that as well.
If none of these work, you can try using a plugin that will regenerate the thumbnails like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails-advanced/.
I hope this helps!

Mara
Hey @keviamarie1,
Thank you for using Neve and for reaching out to us!
It looks like the issue you’re experiencing is due to the “Hide this section on Mobile devices?” option. This setting can hide sections on certain devices based on your selection.
To fix this, please click on the section with the image and go to the Responsive tab in the right panel. Make sure that the option to hide the section on mobile devices is disabled if you want it to be visible on all mobile devices, like this https://imgur.com/a/oSqXa9z.

In reply to: [Hestia] blurry thumbnailsHey @lucianuzzaci10,
Thank you for using Hestia and for reaching out to us!
I’ve reviewed your website, but I couldn’t see the issue with blurry thumbnails. From my end, the images look clear https://imgur.com/a/AruPzYI.
Could you please let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if it’s still occurring? Any additional details you can provide would be helpful.

Hi @anzgar,
Thank you for reaching out!
Regarding your question about setting PPOM input variables from the backend: The PPOM plugin is primarily designed for frontend use, where customers input their custom options. Unfortunately, there’s no built-in option to set these variables directly from the backend. Modifying or pre-setting these variables would require custom work, which is outside the scope of the support we can provide.
As per our Support Policy, we don’t encourage modifications to the product code, as this could affect functionality and future updates.
If you need help with the standard features of PPOM, feel free to let us know, and we’d be happy to assist!
Best regards,
Mara
Hi @djovanov,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I have tested the behaviour you described on a new WordPress instance and enabled the “Search for Headings in Nonstatic Post Content” option, but I didn’t notice any duplicates.
Could you please share more details about how the schema was created, how you’re using the Table of Contents, and any other information that might help us identify the cause of the issue?
Additionally, could you check whether this could be related to a plugin conflict by following the steps described here: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide?
Please let us know how it goes!
Best regards,

In reply to: [Neve] Footer Menu mobile?Hi @sarahsas,
Thank you for the additional details!
The child theme does not cause the issue since it’s replicable even if no child theme is set up, in those instances. We will update you when the development team decides what needs to be done next!

In reply to: [Neve] Is Neve Block enabled?Hi @rdiebel,
Thank you for reaching out and for the clarification!
Neve fully supports the WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg) and works perfectly with it. In fact, Neve is designed to work seamlessly with blocks, and it also integrates with popular page builders like Elementor, Brizy, Beaver Builder, Visual Composer, SiteOrigin, and Divi.
If you have any specific questions about using blocks in Neve, feel free to let us know!

Hi @hi122,
Thank you for keeping us updated!
Can you please share the following so we can better troubleshoot your situation:
- Device Details: The exact model of your device and the browser you are using to view the website;
- Device Settings: Have you tried what Rodica mentioned about the Reduced Motion?
- Cache and Cookies: Have you cleared the browser cache and cookies on your end to ensure that cached files aren’t causing the issue?
- Errors: Look for browser console errors that might affect the animation on mobile devices.
Alternatively, you can check your website using a different browser or with an entirely different device.
Please let us know how it goes and share screenshots with any of your findings!
Best regards,
Mara

In reply to: [Neve] Footer Menu mobile?Hi @sarahsas,
Thank you for offering us details about the issue and for your patience!
The delay was caused by the problem appearing only on a type of WordPress instance and not on all of them. However, I was able to replicate the behaviour and I have forwarded it to the development team for review. Until they decide what is to be done next, you can follow the progress here.
What happens next?
Our product team will evaluate the impact of this issue compared to other open bugs and upcoming features, and assign a priority level to the bug report.
