Thank you for contacting us.We have rechecked the WebP issue and we can see it is already generated by another service. This is why WebP generation from our side fails. Here is an example image.
What refers to the speed, there is an issue with Text Compression. Will you please kindly ask your hosting provider to enable Text Compression on their side and recheck the speed?

Thank you for contacting us.The issue was caused by 10Web Booster CSS Aggregation option, which I disabled from Settings section.

We apologize for the wait. We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.
To enable the test mode:
- Log in to your 10Web account
- Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
- To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
- In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
- Click on Enable to activate
Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP.

Thank you for your time.In your WordPress Dashboard, please, head to 10Web Booster section and add &mode=advanced to the end of the URL. Please, find JS tab and disable all JS optimization options. Here is a screenshot.
As such, I urge you to exercise caution when interacting with these settings. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any questions or concerns regarding the proper use of these settings.

Thank you for the details.When the files are being excluded from “JavaScript Delay” tab, we stop optimizing them overall. This way we make sure the files are not affected.
