Dear @nihitned ,
Your website has a preloader enabled, while 10Web Booster Delay JS functionality delays your JS files and attaches them after the user interacts with the page (hover/scroll/click).Would it be a viable option for you to disable the preloader? It is overall a better practice not to use preloaders together with JS delaying optimization techniques. The preloader can be disabled from your theme settings.
However, in case you still want to use the preloader on your website, please, follow the guides below:
- You can simply disable the JavaScript Delay option from the Website Booster > Settings section. Here are more details about 10Web Booster Settings.
- You can locate the JS files / scripts responsible for the execution of the preloader and exclude them from 10Web Booster Excluded JavaScript files section using this guide.
Please note that with a preloader we cannot guarantee 90+ page speed for your website.

We apologize for the wait. We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.
To enable the test mode:
- Log in to your 10Web account
- Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
- To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
- In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
- Click on Enable to activate
Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP.
Will be looking forward to hearing back from you!
Regards, ManeHi @9marky9 ,
Thanks for your feedback. It seems there may be a misunderstanding about what 10Web Booster is designed to do.
Our plugin focuses solely on optimizing your website’s speed and performance. We do not promise or guarantee an increase in traffic. While faster websites can contribute to better SEO and potentially improved rankings over time, traffic growth itself depends on many other factors such as content, backlinks, and user engagement.
Regarding the spike in requests to your site, please note that 10Web Booster sends optimization-related requests to your website. These are necessary to ensure your site remains fast and well-optimized. If you check the detailed breakdown of your website’s requests, you’ll find that many of these originate from 10Web Booster itself — and they’re not equivalent to organic traffic or visits from real users.
Please, let me know in case you have any questions regarding this and we will be happy to help you further.

The delayed JS functionality you are experiencing is designed for speed optimization. It ensures that JS execution is triggered only on user scroll/tap, resulting in faster loading times. The element-rendering scripts won’t execute until prompted by actions from page visitors, so you need to tap/scroll first to get page elements. As it is critical for a good website score, we would recommend leaving it in place, as users tend to start interacting with websites right away.
However, you can disable the JavaScript Delay option anytime from the Website Booster > Settings section, which will allow the JS files to start loading right away. Please, note that the speed score will be negatively impacted.

However, you can choose the solution based on your needs from the below 3 options:
- You can locate the conflicting JS files / scripts and exclude them from 10Web Booster using this guide.
- You can exclude the plugin responsible for the section. For example, if the gallery of the website is not loading, excluding the gallery plugin should solve the issue. Please, check the Fixing issues with plugins/themes/services section of this guide.
- You can simply disable the JavaScript Delay option from the Website Booster > Settings section. You can find more information about the Settings of 10Web Booster in this guide.

Hi @carlosjgg ,
Thank you for reaching out! We’ve looked into this but were unable to reproduce the issue on our end. To better understand what’s happening, could you please check the browser console for any errors when the mobile menu disappears?
You can do this by opening the website, pressing F12 (or Cmd + Option + I on Mac), navigating to the Console tab, and capturing any error messages that appear. If you find any, please send us a screenshot or copy the errors here so we can investigate further.
Looking forward to your response!

A 503 error occurs when a web server is temporarily unable to handle requests, often due to high resource usage. Please note that when enabling 10Web Booster, migration is not initiated, as the plugin does not have migration capabilities. However, if you have subscribed to another 10Web service, such as our 10Web Manager plugin, it is possible that a migration was started through that.
To resolve this issue quickly, please reach out to our team using this form. Our experts will check your case and assist you as soon as possible.
Let us know if you need further clarification.

Hi @9marky9 ,
Thank you for sharing your experience with our plugin. I understand your concerns regarding traffic fluctuations and RUM data discrepancies.
Our plugin optimizes website performance using caching, compression, and other enhancements, which can significantly impact how your site loads and performs in real-world conditions. Disabling caching naturally affects load times and user experience, which can lead to changes in visitor behavior and traffic patterns.
Regarding your observations in Google Analytics, an increase in direct traffic may be influenced by multiple factors, including bot traffic, referral spam, or how certain sources are categorized. If you’d like, we can guide you on how to analyze and filter traffic for a clearer picture.
Additionally, RUM data reflects real-world user experiences, which can differ from synthetic PageSpeed Insights tests. Factors like network conditions, device capabilities, and user locations play a role in this variance. If you’d like, we can help you review your website’s real user data to ensure everything is optimized effectively.
Let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’d be happy to assist.
Regards, Mane
