Thank you for your interest in our plugin. The Email that CF7 sends is typically sent to the site admin, not to users. If you change the “to” email in the CF7 settings, users will no longer get a second email. You can also modify the email that EBD sends in the EBD settings, specifically from setting 9.1 to include the information you need it to.Forum: Plugins

That link confirmed our suspicions. There is an issue with CF7 and ajax. The page is being reloaded and shouldn’t. This is an issue you will have to sort out with CF7. Once that issue is resolved, we will be happy to help if you are having problems with EBDhi ajr888,
We actually needed to look at the page for CF7 with the same ID you will use for EBD. Since the form is appearing properly we can at least assume that your EBD short code if correct.
But from the page where EBD is nested we concluded that Ajax is not working on it. This page also fires a javascript error after loading, which might (or not might) have something to do with the error.
So it would be good if you provide us the test page for the correct CF7 form. You can also make sure it is working with Ajax as well.Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. The CF7 email settings are designed to send you an email with the information that the user has filled out. CF7 should not send an email to the user because EBD handles the email to the user, based on the settings in option 9.1 of EBD.
If you have included this tag: [your-email] in the “To:” field of the contact form settings, the users will recieve two emails. One from CF7 and one from EBD. If you remove this tag your users will no longer receive two emails. You will get the email set up by CF7 and your users will get the email set up by EBD.
