Can you provide us with a test page that has a both CF7 and Download Monitor working on their own?
Also, there doesn’t appear to be a space between “19” and contact_form. Make sure the short code is added on the html tab and has that space.

Thanks for using our plugin.
From what you have sent it looks like you have error in email before download short code. The attribute “contact-form-7 id” is wrong, it should be “contact_form_id”.

You never mentioned in your posts about another important part. How actually your short code is looking like?
Here is a sample short code for multiple downloads
[email-download download_id=”5,15″ contact_form_id=”11″]In it you can see that the Download Monitor files IDs should be listed in the “download_id” attribute comma separated.

One note, have you tried to modify item 9.2 in Email Before Download admin settings?
This is where you provide the template for your email. In it you should use [file_urls] as placeholders if you want the email to contain selected files urls.

Have you made sure that both CF7 and Download Monitor work on their own? The best way to do this is have a test page with the shortcode for just the Contact Form and a second shortcode for just the download.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. We have looked into the problem you described. It seems that we have lost some compatibility with CF7 and the recent update to 7.3.9. If you want, you can continue to use EBD with the older version found [here](downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/contact-form-7.3.8.zip).
We are working on an update that will allow us to work with 7.3.9. Thank you for your help and your understanding.

On our settings page, option 9 is where you can add content to the email that is sent out. The instructions for how to format this email are also included.
Here is a basic template you can use:
Hello [requesting_name],
Here is the download for [file_name] that you requested.

When you say the user is getting emails with out content, do you mean they aren’t getting a download link in the email, or there is no text?
If you could provide us with a test URL, we can help by testing the issue.
