There is currently no way to show any other data but title. The checkboxes are displayed without any CSS to make it easier to use custom styles. The newest version of EBD, v5.1.1 does fix the inline issue by displaying each checkbox on a new line.

Your errors are probably the result of the changes made by the Contact Form 7. When they upgraded they deprecated some things that EBD was using to interact with their process. We just pushed v5.1.1 to address this issue. This seems to work across the board from PHP 5.6 up.

I’m starting to see a pattern with the DomDocument warnings and the version of PHP being used.
I’ll have to look in to what DOMDocument has changed over the last few versions.

could you tell me what version PHP you’re running.
The onSentOk has been deprecated by Contact Form 7 in their newest version, so that would only apply if you’re running the older version of CF7.

Looks like something is wrong with the way the session variables are being set on your server. Do you know what version of PHP you’re running? and if register_globals is set?I will add this to the next update.

Were the files uploaded with Download Monitor? If they weren’t the email attachment option will not work.

For some instances this error was being caused by EBD not flushing the rewrite rules. This has been fixed with the latest version.
You will also get that error if there is no link id at the end of the url.
ex: my-domain.com/wp-json/ebd/file/xxxxxxxxxx
