We just tested your link and it appears to be working. What was the issue? Also, free accounts like gmail, etc. should work just fine.
Please provide the following 3 items to help us troubleshoot your issue.

That is strange since we have tested the latest EBD with both the older and newer versions of CF7. Can you specify which specific version of CF7 you were using where it was broken? We’ll be curious to see if others also report a similar issue and can look into it.

We just pushed in an update that might help with supporting the change made in the latest version of CF7. Could you please let us know if it still doesn’t work after updating EBD to version 6.3+.

We don’t get to work with non-English sites often, but could you maybe try to update EBD to version 6.3+. It may help with non-English sites.

In short, you need to make sure you have CF7 and Download Monitor installed as they are dependencies in order for the EBD plugin to work.

Can you verify a few things for us:
1) WordPress version?
2) Version of Email Before Download are you currently using? Latest is 6.2
3) Are you using inline only or emails as well (both)
4) Any other response from CF7 after email address submission?I’ve alerted the team about the issues you’re facing. It sounds like rolling back to a previous version of CF7 is a short-term fix. We’ll let you know with any updates or if we need additional information.
