The issues reguarding our plug in have been resolved and the newest version can be downloaded from the plugin store. Thank you for addressing your concerns.

The shortcode we were looking for was the shortcode on the page where the EBD plugin is being used. So using the two ID’s you provided it would be
[email-download download_id=”11185″ contact_form_id=”11182″ attachment=”yes”]
The URL is the URL of the webpage that the plugin is being used. This will help us troubleshoot the issue. Try inserting this shortcode onto your page.

Thank you for reaching out. Is the zulkifli@globale2c.com.sg one of your personal emails? Does that email address appear to be a randomly generated one? Could you provide a screenshot of the “From Email” setting? If you could also provide the following:

It is a security vulnerability issue with the way we handle the GET request. The issues were minor. It should be working and safe meanwhile, you do not have to worry about disabling it. We are submitting the requested changes for WordPress to re-review in the next 24-48 hours.
