I had this problem at my site too, but while making some tests i found that if i paste the instagram url without www it works, at your case like this:
https://instagram.com/p/-psOo_N9ko/and not
https://www.instagram.com/p/-psOo_N9ko/but another problem that i never find a solution it is embedding facebook videos. It is working for facebook photos or posts but not for videos.
and another problem that i have is when i want to embed a dailymail video. If i paste the embed code of a dailymail video from my administrator account at my wordpress site it works, but when i paste as a author account it doesn’t work.
I removed this line at the header.php:
<meta property="og:image" content="<?php echo esc_attr($thumbnail[0])?>" />and i also installed this plugin to deactivate Jetpack’s Open Graph Meta tags:
http://i.wpne.ws/M7Lebut still the same problem, i have used other plugins like SNAP, Social, Facebook Publish and all of them show the right image, so it is just Publicize that somehow doesn’t always use the right image.
In my site i use megamenu and i think that always when the publicize shows the wrong image shows an image that is at the one of the posts at megamenu.
I tried with every type of facebook links or instagram, for example this one:
https://www.facebook.com/interestingengineering/videos/995253463877691/
or this one:
https://www.instagram.com/p/_2Zbo4ixMd/2. It doesn’t show an error or something but it just shows as a plain text and not like the other links from twitter or youtube. For example when i paste the url of a youtube video or a twitter posts it automaticlly embeds into the editor, but for facebook and instagram it doesn’t work.
I have tried with the shortcodes that are explained at the jetpack docs, but also by just pasting in a new line the facebook post link or instagram link. Could it be a cloudflare problem cause before moving to a new server everything was ok, and at the old server i didn’t have cloudflare? sitelink

In reply to: Unbelievable Users Conflict in WordPressI don’t think that this has to do with hacking, cause when you refresh the browser tab everything goes to normal, and if it was hacking users would be able to post as another user but this is not possible. The only thing that goes at my mind is that this is a problem with cookies or sessions. And also i think that this thing is happening just at our office so at our Local Network or maybe something to do with Windows 10.

In reply to: Unbelievable Users Conflict in WordPressI don’t have a contact form and i use Disqus for comments and at the disqus admin panel i don’t see too much comments, cause people use our facebook page to comment and not our site.
And about your idea i don’t really understand it so good, could you please explain a little and what does ip or time of posts has to do with my problem.
When at my wordpress dashboard writes that i am logged as another user i can’t post or upload a photo, and then when i refresh the browser page(tab) everything goes back and my dashboard shows me as a logged user and i can post or upload normally.
And to show as a logged in user in a new installed computer that is something terrible and i still does not believe what i saw.

The only thing that goes in my mind is that it has something to do with sessions. I contacted the person that runs the hosting server and he changed some folder permissions at sessions folder. I will see if this was the problem and inform you. What do you think could these permissions cause these user problems? This is a very strange problem cause i have never heard or read that somebody else had this problem before.

The draft posts are being saved i tested it.
But i can inform that didn’t make a change at wordpress or any plugins, like editing, updating or something like that.
The only thing that i done was adding a new user at wordpress and i suspect that after this the problem started to appear.
