I apologize, but I am unable to follow the instructions: “You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page.”
Where do I find this page? I do not see a tools menu… thanks.

I went in this morning to recreate the issue, and now the folders show. I didn’t change anything this morning, except run WP optimize. That appears to have removed whatever conflict was happening.
(Perhaps when I ran into the loss of settings it was performing a removal and reinstall. I think it was widgets I lost off of my menus, if I remember correctly.)
I am trying to puzzle my way through this… so I apologize if this isn’t accurate, but I found this when I changed my media library view to list. One image has this data under my “Smush” column:
20 images reduced by 20.8 KB (3.2%) Image size: 231.2 KB View Stats Image size Savings FULL PRO 2048X2048 (2048x1360) 8.2 KB ( 5.4% ) 1536X1536 (1536x1020) 3.9 KB ( 4.3% ) MAILPOET_NEWSLETTER_MAX (1320x877) 2.9 KB ( 4.1% ) LARGE (1024x680) 1.6 KB ( 3.4% ) HOOT-LARGE-THUMB (690x550) 745.0 B ( 2.2% ) MEDIUM_LARGE (768x510) 742.0 B ( 2.5% ) HOOT-PREVIEW-LARGE (695x462) 592.0 B ( 2.3% ) HOOT-WIDE-THUMB (920x425) 579.0 B ( 1.5% ) HOOT-EXTRA-WIDE-THUMB (1035x425) 560.0 B ( 1.3% ) HOOT-PREVIEW-THUMB (465x550) 401.0 B ( 1.6% ) WOOCOMMERCE_SINGLE (600x399) 370.0 B ( 1.8% ) HOOT-PREVIEW (465x309) 153.0 B ( 1.1% ) HOOT-MEDIUM-THUMB (460x270) 85.0 B ( 0.6% )This seems to show that it was condensed to several different sizes – and why I ended up with so many duplicates.
Some of my photos are not ‘smushed’ – I can click that as an option. Is this a feature of all resizing plugins? I have deleted a lot of photos so I am not sure if the above list is referring to all of those that were deleted or some other information that I don’t understand. It doesn’t seem to be a Smush plugin issue though. I am unable to pin down the actual plugin, or maybe it is my theme? Deactivating plugins is a pain as I found I had to redo some features after troubleshooting that way.
This at least addresses part of the question. What I have happening, however, is the photo is duplicating numerous times (sometimes 12). One standard size and one scaled size image is manageable. I don’t know how to stop the multiple scaled images…

I uploaded several files with Smush off and still have duplication. I will try some other plugins to see if they cause the same issue.
There isn’t a link to show you the issue – what happens is my media folder has multiples of the same image, some are “scaled” versions.
I deactivated all of my plugins, except Smush. Still had duplicate images in my media folder. I tried a default theme, same. I reset but turned off Smush. Still duplicates. I have deleted the duplicates and now my photos are not syncing to the thumbnails. See https://vndecor.ca/shop/mid-century-credenza/?v=3e8d115eb4b3
I do have Jetpack but just added it. I haven’t activated their image optimization. I didn’t expect the deactivating and reactivating to work because it only happens when I upload. I can’t go through and deactivate one at a time and upload multiple files.. I left Smush ‘off’ and I will try that. If that is the issue then I guess I can switch to JetPack.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Posting to Facebook MarketplaceHi, yes, I realize that I can post to my Facebook page Shop. That isn’t my question. I’m referring to Facebook Marketplace. You can’t post to Facebook Marketplace directly from a Woo Commerce website. The other apps have added this integration. I think it’s a huge benefit to have it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Facebook Shop show items in stock which actually are sold outHi, I have this same issue. I am sent in circles following the above advice. Free extensions are not supported by WooCommerce and they direct me back to this forum.
I need to remove the sold items from my Facebook/Instagram stores (these direct potential customers to my website for purchase). When the items are clicked on from Facebook or Instagram the item isn’t available on my website. This is a poor interface and reflects badly on my business. Is it possible to change a setting to prevent sold out items from showing on Facebook and Instagram?

Here are two screen shots of the WordPress error and the Facebook error message.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook Connection with WooCommerce Error MessageHi, I ended up changing my site up – went to a standalone domain instead of a subdomain. When I installed the Woocommerce plugins etc. on the new WordPress site the Facebook interface worked. So not sure if there was a glitch in my plugin installation or something was fixed in the meantime.
