Anyway, for Manually positioning the Social Sharing Buttons in your blog, place the given code in the index.php file or any other file as you see appropriate in themes folder (…\wordpress\wp-content\themes). Note: if you are using ‘default’ theme for the WordPress plugin, then place the code in ‘single.php’.After placing the code you have to follow these steps.
A.Load the admin page for the plugin “Social Discussions”located under – Admin Console > Settings > Social Discussions.B.Expand the section for “Social Buttons”.
C.Under “Select Style”, select the appropriate style for which you got the code from above. Style 1 is – Social Sharing Buttons with Counters, Style 2 is – Social Sharing Buttons without Counters, Style 3 is – Social Sharing Icons, and Style 4 is – Social Sharing Icon.
D.Check the box under the “Show/Hide this Style” and submit by clicking on “Save Changes”.
anyway it has some options to change the dimensions,color.
The name of the widget is
Follow and Subscribe. or you can configure it from the plugin section.
you can also add some accounts to it.
You can remove that sidebar widget from the widget area in the admin console.You can’t do all the things on the localhost due to ssl and https calls made by the plugin. It won’t work on localhost due the security reasons.

The new version of the social discussions is coming soon with the sidebar widget. but that is different.

please try to configure again. As per my knowledge all the buttons are working fine.

they shows on the websites if you use them. don’t forget to uncheck the option.which says :
Show/Hide this Social Buttons Style
[]Check this box if you do not want to display this Social Buttons style. You can also check this option in case you want to position the buttons Manually. Read more about Manual Placement.let me know if it solves your problem.
Actually, all the buttons are there on the line no. 3 and line 4. this is just you can’t see because of request time (can’t load all the images to display).
you can still you line no. 3 and line 4 buttons.
i have tried and this works. Tell me if it solves your problem.
