Such an option is not available at the moment. You can set only 1 default category now. Regarding your inquiry you’ll need to add two booking forms with different default categories for page 3.

According to Envato rules, you can use one purchase code on one domain only. So if you use example.com, example.de structure, the system marks that these domains are different. So I advice you to use subdomains for different languages: en.example.com, de.example.com

This is expected behavior, if you want to save the country for a customer then you need to add the complete international phone number that will contain also the country’s code prefix.

1) You need to enable the Notification to customer about their WordPress user login details and customers should receive an email/sms with their credentials.
2) Currently, such an option is not available.
The above-mentioned variable generates a link that can be accessed by your staff member or customer and the appointment becomes approved. There is no other way the customer could sms back or something that would change the appointment status.
