In reply to: [Online Scheduling and Appointment Booking System – Bookly] Excellent SupportIf the default appointment status is set to Pending, it can be changed either using the link in confirmation email with {approve_appointment_url} code, or manually via backend. Also, if you use the Customer Groups (Add-on), you can set a default appointment status for specific group.
