In reply to: [Etsy Integration For WooCommerce] NEEDS FIXINGHi there,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience – I understand how disruptive this must be.
To help us investigate this properly, could you please confirm a couple of details:
- Were the products exported from WooCommerce to Etsy using our plugin before this issue occurred?
- Are the stock changes (e.g., all items set to quantity 3) visible directly on your Etsy listings?
- Did this happen immediately after any specific action (such as a sync, bulk update, or settings change)?
Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could share:
- A screenshot of the affected product(s) on Etsy
- A screenshot of the same product(s) in WooCommerce, including SKU and inventory details
This will allow us to compare both sides and identify what caused the mismatch, including why inactive items may have been reactivated. You can provide us with the required information on the email address : support@exportfeed.com.
Once we have this information, we’ll prioritize the investigation and guide you toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience – we’re here to help get this sorted.
Best regards,

In reply to: [Etsy Integration For WooCommerce] combining variationsHi there,
Thank you for contacting us regarding the difficulties you are facing.
The prefix and suffix help you differentiate or add an identifier to your variation fields such as color, size, etc.
For example, if you have selected three different variation attributes for the variation profiling, you will see a combined value such as ColorSizeType, and the option values would appear as: ColorValue-SizeValue-TypeValue.
If your color values are red and blue, size values are two and four, and type values are sneaker and boot, and you set the prefixes as:
1. for color
2. for size
3. for typeThen the exported variations would look something like:
1.red-2.four-3.sneakerThis format would apply to all other possible combinations as well.
As for the suffix, it works the same way, but the identifier appears at the end, for example:
red1.-four2.-sneaker3.I hope this clears things up. If you have any further questions, please let us know, we’re here to help.
Regards,

In reply to: [Etsy Integration For WooCommerce] No reply from your supportHi @ole_wilkenburg,
Thank you for getting back to us. I sincerely apologize for the delayed response and understand how frustrating this experience must have been.
We did receive your recent email regarding the responses. While you’re able to see our replies, we haven’t been receiving your follow-up emails from the address you’ve been using. They’re not appearing in our inbox or spam folder, which suggests there may be an issue with your SMTP or email provider.
To help us move forward, could you please try reaching out to us using a different email address? That should allow us to confirm whether the issue is email-related and continue assisting you without further delays.
I look forward to your response.
