In reply to: [Redux Framework] Undefined error for the section typographyI think I got it. Please update to v4.3.14.1 from our repo: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework. JavaScript was updated, so please clear your cache before reloading to ensure the new JS loads.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Undefined error for the section typographyOkay, you going back to the old version doesn’t solve the issue. If you choose to do that, I can’t investigate and fix this and the issue will continue for everyone. Second, I cannot recreate the issue using the sample-config, which suggests there is something about your theme’s config that doesn’t like the recent changes (we were asked to allow no unit value for line-height, since that’s the norm now, apparently). Screenshots don’t tell me anything. Simply put, if I can’t see that config (and just giving me the config may not be enough and why I need to see the whole theme) then I can’t investigate and fix this. My email is kevin.provance@gmail.com. I need to see your theme. Thanks.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Undefined error for the section typographyI am unable to recreate this. You will either need to recreate this using the sample config, or I will need to see your theme. I am assuming you are the theme author.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Plugin activation failed‘The plugin does not have a valid header’ error can occur when the folder structure of the plugin is incorrect. Perhaps try deleting the
redux-frameworkfolder from /wp-content/plugins/ and then install from Plugins > Add New, use the search bar to search for Redux Framework and choose Gutenberg Template and Pattern Library & Redux Framework. If you run into an issue activating, go to Plugins and try activating from that page.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Redux Framework] Woocommerce problemThose are errors generated by the theme in their WooCommerce templates. As indicated in several other posts here, we do not support thems that use Redux Framework. That is the theme author’s responsibility. If the theme author discovers a conflict with Redux, they must be the ones to submit a support request with us with the evidence that demonstrates the issue originates with Redux. As the theme you are using is a premium theme, questions for such products are not permitted in these forums. That is a WordPress guideline, not ours. Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Touch Twice on Mobile NavI’m sorry, I cannot fix someone else’s theme. For argument’s sake, if I did, anything I did would be wiped on the following update. That’s why theme authors need to support their own work. I’m sorry they’re trying to push you on us, but Redux would have absolutely nothing to do with how many times one needs to click/tap a link unless the theme author made in an option, in which case, that goes back to the theme author. Also, support for premium products is not permitted here.
I understand that, and I’m sorry you are having this issue. What’s happening is that disabling the Redux plugin causes your options not to load and render as the theme depends on those options. Any other issue with the theme must be submitted to the theme author, as we did not write it, nor do we have access to it. Theme developers must support their work (and if it’s a premium theme you paid for, posting about it in this forum violates WordPress guidelines).
If the theme author discovers an issue with Redux, *they* must be the ones to submit an issue with us as we able unable to support anyone else’s work.
Good luck.
Theme issues must be submitted to the theme author as we did not write their code nor do we know how they are implementing Redux. Good luck.
@nschiller2 – In the future, please do not piggyback other threads. It’s best to start your own.
The problem is you are using an outdated version of PHP. You will need version 7.1 or higher, although 7.4 is recommended. If you are unsure of how to accomplish this, contact whoever does support for your web hosting.
