In reply to: [Redux Framework] Non-Administrators Can’t Access DashboardThis is an issue you will need to contact the theme author with. We are unable to support users of themes as we do not have access to the theme, and also premium theme support is not permitted in these forums per WordPress guidelines. If the theme author determines the issue is Redux (it sounds like a malformed URL or incorrect permission, I don’t know as, again, I do not have access to the theme), then they’ll need to be the ones to file an issue with us via our issue tracker and we’ll work with them to solve the issue.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Issue with a blog on my site after last updateCould you please post back the actual error message, it should be in the email sent to your administrator’s email account. This will allow us to determine if the issue is Redux or with the theme. Disabling Redux only disables the theme’s options features, and in 99% of these cases, it’s a theme issue (read any closed ticket here), although Redux often takes the blame.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Redux breaking theme settings? As states elsewhere, this is a theme issue, not a Redux issue. The low rating is misplaced. You’re blaming us for someone else’s issue.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Redux breaking theme settings?Hi,
We don’t actually support themes and theme users as we do not have access to the theme itself and can do no debugging, and if it’s a premium theme, posts about those are not permitted here per WordPress guidelines. You’ll have to contact the theme author via their ThemeForest page and report this to them. If they determine the issue is Redux, they’ll have to file an issue on our issue tracker, and we’ll work with them to discover if Redux is the issue they are the only ones who can provide us a copy of their theme for testing purposes.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Full width sectionI am sorry, but that, too, is not a Redux issue and I don’t know how to answer it.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Full width sectionThis is not a Redux issue, but rather an issue with your theme. You will need to contact the author for theme support.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Migrating from SMOF HelpHi,
You sent us the same request via Help scout, so I’ll make this a duplicate and close it.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] The body of the site doesn’t work with pluginsHi,
Unfortunately, we do not support themes that use Redux. That obligation belongs to the theme author, as we did not write the theme code. If the theme author doesn’t support their ‘free’ version, you could either register or find another theme that works properly.
Good luck.
No reply. Closing.
Hi,
As much as I would like to debug this, you are using a premium theme. Support for those are not permitted in these forums, per WordPress guidelines. We are unable to offer support to users of premium themes as we do not have access to the theme and are not able to do any debugging. That will fall upon the author of the theme. If the theme’s author is able to recreate the issue and discovers an issue with Redux, then they’ll need to be the ones to contact us and we’ll work with them to resolve the issue. They’re the only people authorized to provide us a copy of their theme for testing purposes.
Some things you can do in the interim: First, make sure you are using the latest version of your theme, as there have been issues with Houzez in the past due to how they implement Redux. You can do so on the author’s ThemeForest page.
Second, you did not indicate what version of Redux you are using, which generally is required information. Please download and install the latest version from our repo, version 4.4.0, here: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/archive/refs/heads/master.zip
See if that version solves this issue. If it does not, there is something in the theme feeding Redux invalid data. The theme author will have to determine why as, again, we have no access to the theme.
Good luck.
Hi,
You could start by telling me what the actual error was.
Hi,
That’s a deprecation notice, not an error. It should not interfere with anything, unless WP_DEBUG is activated and the messages are printing on the screen.
Unfortunately, many theme authors have failed to update their Redux API, even after five years. We were forced to begin using deprecation notices to move that process along. You’ll need to contact the theme author and let them know they need to update their Redux API calls. It’s not a cumbersome task and won’t take very long. If they have problems, they are free to contact us.
In the interim, you could set WP_DEBUG to false in your wp-config.php which will stop errors from printing on the screen.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] There has been a critical error on this websiteThat’s not a Redux based error. It’s the theme. You’ll need to contact the theme’s author for support. Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] There has been a critical error on this websiteHi,
I need you to report back the exact error message. You may need to get it from the PHP error logs.
Thanks.
