In reply to: [Redux Framework] Duplicate product in woocommerce basketRedux has no control over what themes do. It’s an options framework that allows the theme author to create an options panel and contains no API that interacts with WooCommerce. When Redux is disabled, all theme options default to whatever the programmer sets, thus bypassing any issue in the theme the option may introduce, and thus, Redux is blamed. I have addressed this many times in this forum. It’s a theme issue and needs to be reported to the theme author. We are unable to support themes that use Redux.

Turns out the issue also affected spacing or border fields, too. They should all be resolved now. Please let me know if this version resolves your issue.

Those are hex representations of \r\n (carriage return and line feed). I’m not sure why that’s a red flag. Redux does not store Ace Editor data in the database with such hex codes.
I’m certain it’s not. If you read all those posts in this forum, Redux gets blamed for everything and in nearly every case, it’s not. I spend more time defending the product than anything else. Very frustrating.
I would have no idea. That’s a server error. Probably is a server setting such as permissions. See: https://www.makeuseof.com/you-dont-have-permission-to-access-on-this-server/
Unfortunately, we are unable to support server issues. If you Google the error message, several results appear.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] wordfence not work correctly with reduxSorry, but this isn’t enough information for me to look into this. If I can’t break it, there’s nothing to fix. So, I’ll need to you be FAR more specific. Include a health report, show error messages, which you may have to get from your PHP error log. Nine times out of ten, it’s not Redux and I end up debugging someone else’s plugin. So, I need to see the evidence. Thanks.

To change theme options to something that suits your taste, you will need to consult the theme documentation or the theme author. We do not support themes that use Redux.

It’s going to ask you for additional information. What I really need is the WP Health Report and and relevant error messages from the PHP error log or the dev console (for JavaScript)m if any. Please don’t skip that request. Something is interfering with Redux that I don’t have on any of my testing environments and I have to figure out what that is.
