Thanks for letting me know.
Because the POS is very similar to the core WooCommerce cart I originally tried to re-use a lot of their translation strings. But doing this means that something can change in WooCommerce core which effects the POS, in this case they changed ‘Order total’ to ‘Order Total’.
In the next major update to WooCommerce POS I have changed this so the POS will control it’s own translations.
This error is likely coming from a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Can you please go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs to see if there is any further information.
The error message is just a warning, so it may be possible to ‘hide’ it by adjusting your error log settings with a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-debugging/
I have spent several hours trying to troubleshoot this issue. I can see the problem is due to ‘processing’ being set as the default status in WooCommerce (ref).
I have tried various patches but I haven’t been able to fix this issue. I am reluctant to spend hours on a problem if it only effects one person. It is much better for all users if I spend that time on the new code base.
Are you able to use ‘on-hold’ in the settings, rather than ‘processing’? I have tested this and it works as expected.

This error seems to be coming from your theme, can you temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme such as TwentyNineteen and do a quick test of the POS. This will help confirm whether the problem is coming from the theme or not.
Please go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for any error messages since you updated to 3.6. In particular look at the fatal-error-log.
The demo server is running WordPress 5.1. I do have WP 5.2 and Nginx on my dev machine so I will do some tests when I get a chance.
Two more areas to check:
– Go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs .. is there anything relating to mail?
– A Mail logging plugin may be useful to try and catch error messagesHi,
You can change the regular price in the cart by opening the product ‘drawer’, eg:

Hi guys, I’ve just some tests on https://deom.wcpos.com/pos and the customer emails seem to be working fine. The demo site is using WooCommerce 3.6.4, so I don’t think that is the problem.
What version of WordPress are you using?
What happens if you manually try to send an email from the POS, eg: go to the Orders page > View Order > Email? This is the expected behaviour for the free plugin. Product, Order and Customer management is only available with the Pro version, please see https://wcpos.com/pro for more information.
@wurdey, can you please check that you are reviewing the correct plugin? From your description it seems like you are describing a different plugin. I have also checked the support tickets and I can’t find anything from you.

In reply to: [WCPOS - Point of Sale (POS) plugin for WooCommerce] Can’t Update Pro PluginHi, it looks like your subscription has expired for that domain. You will be able to continue using WooCommerce POS Pro, however, you will not be able to update or reactivate the plugin.
Please contact support@wcpos.com if you have further questions.
Hi @wurdey, are you sure you have the right plugin? There has only ever been one developer on this plugin.

In reply to: [WCPOS - Point of Sale (POS) plugin for WooCommerce] Error with WC 3.6WooCommerce made a major change to the REST API in version 3.6. This is causing plugins to throw errors when the REST API is used, these errors then appear in the POS.
Please go to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs and check for any error messages since you updated to 3.6. In particular look at the fatal-error-log.
It will take some time for all the plugins to adjust to the new WooCommerce update, so it may be worthwhile rolling back to 3.5.8 until these problems are ironed out.

In reply to: [WCPOS - Point of Sale (POS) plugin for WooCommerce] DO NOT UPGRADE TO PROHi Joseph,
Sorry for the late reply. I have just returned from a short holiday. I didn’t change anything on the site but it seems that something broke while I was away.
I have just checked the site and everything should be working correctly now.
