WooCommerce POS is a point of sale plugin for WooCommerce, all the products admin is done through WooCommerce.
It sounds like you don’t have any products in WooCommerce, or have a misunderstanding about how WooCommerce POS operates .. plus there seems to be a language issue.
The best way I can help is if you submit a form via the Support Page. This will give me extra information about your install and I should be able to help you get set up.
To view the support page you need to go to http://<yourstore.com>/pos/support
There are links to support through the POS interface: http://woopos.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/support-screen.png

Re: credit card statement. At the moment ( July 10th, 2014 ) I am using the merchant account from my retail store Urban Locavore, so this will appear on your statement. I am waiting for a new merchant account id for WooCommerce POS … hopefully I should be able to change that in a couple of days to avoid confusion.
Thanks again!!
I have forwarded the email. If you are still having problems please send a message using the support form providing in WooCommerce POS as it contains additional information I need to assist.
