In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Stuck on Review sync settingsHi @michaelparak, I thought we were able to see your store via remote support when we first got your question but it seems to be disabled now. Would you care to enable so we can take a look at those orders? Here’s how:
- Enable Remote Support:
- Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Mailchimp in your plugin settings.
- Activate the remote support option. This allows our support team to perform in-depth diagnostics and understand the underlying issues affecting the sync.
Glad to hear that fixed the issue @enfueggo! If anything else pops up, don’t hesitate to reach back out to us. We appreciate you using the plugin.
If you’re happy with this integration, please consider leaving a 5-star review. Your feedback helps other WooCommerce customers find this integration and helps support future development.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] No “Promo codes” syncedHi @pizzapie79, unfortunately we’re not able to reach your site through remote support. This isn’t uncommon as some server providers block that ability. Let’s try to fix you up – no two WordPress installations are identical, and various factors can contribute to sync failures. Here’s a step-by-step guide to basic troubleshooting:
- Check for Fatal Errors:
- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Fatal Logs, if errors exist, address them with the relevant plugin or theme developer
- Verify Versions:
- Ensure PHP and the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin are up-to-date
- Resource Management:
- If using many plugins, consider increasing the hosting server’s memory limit (e.g., to 1GB)
- WP CRON Settings:
- Activate
WP CRONor use the CLI option
- Activate
- Caching Considerations:
- If using caches (Redis, Memcached, etc.), exclude the plugin’s route path
- Hosting Environment:
- For shared hosting, consider upgrading to a dedicated IP address
- API Access:
- Check if your server is blocked by Akamai, Mailchimp’s API service
- Plugin Conflicts:
- Investigate potential conflicts with other plugins or themes
- Follow this guide on how to test for and resolve plugin conflicts
By systematically working through these steps, you can identify and resolve most syncing issues. If problems persist, please reach out for further assistance.
No problem at all! Happy to help @enfueggo.
Hi @enfueggo, thanks for the follow up information. I think we’re on the right track here. Since that fatal error is gone, we’ve been able to resync your products which should include the variants now. I’ve already started that for you and as soon as that’s done we’ll get your orders squared away.
Appreciate you working with us to find the solution, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any follow up questions.
Hi @enfueggo,
Thanks for sharing that ID; I think we’ve got you pulled up. It looks like your store logs are showing some fatal errors that could be causing the Action Scheduler to back up.
First things first, I recommend addressing those fatal errors as a top priority. They can often cause the Action Scheduler—which is used to sync data from your store to Mailchimp—to get stuck, leading to a backlog of pending jobs.
We’re also seeing errors like “a product with the provided variant ID does not exist in the account for this list.” This could happen if you’ve deleted a bunch of products. Orders won’t be able to sync if the products they reference have been deleted, so it’s worth checking for any removed products.
Additionally, I suggest upgrading to the latest version of the plugin (4.4) to make sure you’re running with the most recent fixes and improvements.
Let us know once those are addressed, and we can assist further if needed.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Stuck on Review sync settingsHi @michaelparak would you mind sharing a few order ID’s that didn’t sync? Happy to investigate further.
FYI not sure if it’s the case with your thread, but during the initial synchronization process, Mailchimp will receive only those orders from WooCommerce that have the statuses ofProcessing,Completed, andPaid, while any orders with other statuses will be disregarded. In addition, if the user does not have acustomerorsubscriberrole in WordPress, order and campaign data will not be sent to Mailchimp. We have this come up quite a bit with store data that was placed by an admin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Stuck on Review sync settingsHi @michaelparak,
No two WordPress installs are the same and various factors can contribute to a sync failing. Basic troubleshooting starts with verifying the following information about the plugin and your WordPress environment.
- What version of the plugin are you using? Current version is 4.4.
- What are the versions of PHP and the plugin? Are they up to date?
- Are there a large number of plugins being used? If so, it may be necessary to increase the memory limit on the hosting server (1GB for example) to accommodate the initial sync.
- You may need to activate
WP CRONor consider using the CLI option. - The server is using a cache such as Redis, Memcached, etc. You may need to exclude a route path for the plugin.
- If you are using a shared hosting environment, consider switching over to a server stack with a dedicated IP address.
- Your server may be getting blocked by Akamai, Mailchimp’s API service.

Hi @websavers, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ve identified the issue causing the error with enabling the “Support Remote Diagnostics” option. Our team is currently working on a fix, and it will be included in an upcoming release. We appreciate your patience, and please let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance in the meantime.
Hello @enfueggo, It’s unusual that the count is showing as
1given the number of items you mentioned. Our testing environments haven’t revealed any bugs related to this issue so far. I suggest you go ahead with the sync process. If you encounter any customers or orders that fail to sync, please let us know immediately. Additionally, remember that you can activate remote diagnostics in the plugin’s settings tab at any time after completing the sync. This feature can provide valuable insights if you experience any issues. Let me know if you need any further assistance or clarification.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Add to cart not working when logged inHi @babelhalsupport,
Thanks for your response and the information. We’ve tried to replicate the issue in similar environments but haven’t had any luck so far.
Just to confirm, is the site in question: https://iphonemagyarorszag.hu? We noticed that on this site, there are 45 active plugins, and the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin version is 4.2.1, which differs from what you’re seeing.
Could you clarify which version you’re using and if there are any other differences in the environment that might help us reproduce the issue?
Looking forward to your feedback so we can investigate further.
