In reply to: [Spiffy Calendar] Two calendars? Thanks; I was thinking of testing yours without abandoning the one I have (All in One Event Calendar).
By the way, can an event have more than one category?
Or can I add tags to each event to enable searching?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Time zone still wrong!!Sorry about that rant – I’d had a bad day!
However, the question still needs thought.
1. Event times and dates are local to the event and have nothing to do with the location of me or the viewer, and so could simply be text. Viewers can see where an event is to be held and make whatever decision they like about the time of the event.
2. The event time fields could include the time zone of the event as a selection item. The default could be the subscribers location.Forum: Reviews

I tested the Pinterest link on a page with no images! I’ve no idea what Pinterest is about so it looked like an error.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] Nice simple pluginWell done!
Suggestion – you might add tooltips to the buttons so users can see what they are before clicking.
Any way, nice job thanks.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Exporting eventsLooking at the help files I see:
“When viewing a Calendar you wish to export, click Subscribe in Google Calendar at the bottom of the Calendar or click Add to Google in the widget. A browser window opens with your Google calendar, asking if you want to import the Calendar.”
However there are no such links at the bottom of the calendar or in the widget, so what do I do?Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Cannot Add Images Edit PermalinkI have just found that “Insert into post” (after clicking “Add media”) doesn’t work if you have a Lightbox plugin installed. If you have a lightbox deactivate it and try again.
This bug has been reported many times and they seem uninterested in fixing it. I have had to reset my WordPress location to a different country to get the times right!
