Apologies for the delay in response.
I have tried t replicate your issue on our staging site but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the bulk printing invoices are working fine with the latest version of the plugin.
So, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please try once by deactivating all other plugins except for the WooCommerce and the Print Invoice and Delivery Notes plugin and then check whether the issue still exists or not.

Could you please share the screenshot of the issue which you are facing? because we have tried to replicate the issue on our staging site but I am unable to replicate it.
Also, could you please try once by activating the default theme i.e Storefront on your site and then check whether the issue still exists or not?

I am afraid that currently, we do not have such a template that will print the receipt on 8mm width paper.
However, we do have Paper Size options in the More settings which have multiple paper options for printing the invoice.

I have replicated the issue where the payment fee is not getting removed when the shipping method is changed.
However, I have added the issue on our Github repository and soon we will work on this and get back to you with an update.

Regarding the query, after deactivating the plugin, the order numbers will not continue where the last order left off.
However, it will change for the new orders.

I have replicated the issue on our staging site by keeping the same settings where the default currency is taken when the order is placed manually.
However, I have added the issue on our Github repository and soon we will work on this and get back to you with an update.
