Thanks for digging into this and giving such a detailed report. It does seem likely that other shared hosting users could be affected by this. Could your host potentially tell you which rule in particular is getting triggered?
Or if not, maybe we can narrow it down if you can give us a list of the Customizer options that you have changed from their defaults.

In reply to: [Make] Make theme css errorI’ve tested this in both Chrome and Firefox and the text is always the same size for me. The only thing I can think of here is that it might be related to the use of the Maven Pro Google Font. If you switch to the generic Sans Serif font option, does this still happen?

From your screenshot, it looks like you have some plugins installed that add other boxes to the Edit Page screen. If you disable those plugins temporarily, does the problem go away?

To clarify a bit, when you’re seeing the wrong font size, does it stay that way until you reload the page, or is it just when the page first loads, and then it shifts to the correct size?

What settings do you have in the Fonts section of the Customizer?

Try this: back in the Customizer, find the section labeled “Layout: Posts”. Open that section up and there should be a dropdown where you can choose different options for where the featured image appears, similar to the “Layout: Blog” section.

It appears that on large monitors, there isn’t enough content on your page to reach the bottom of the screen. The background image and color you have are set in the Main section of the Customizer, so they only apply to the content container. If you set them in the Background section instead, they will apply to the body element and should extend all the way down.

I just tested the transparent PNG provided in your link above, using Firefox for Mac, and it worked.
To clarify, the logo is appearing in the Customizer interface, so you can select it, but it’s not appearing after you save and load the front end of the site. Is that right?

I’m seeing the default WordPress comment form beneath your posts. Did you turn off the Disqus plugin?
I would recommend contacting the plugin author to see if they can help you figure out what’s going on there.

Designing an interface for the Page Builder where the availability of the sidebars would depend on which types of sections you’ve added, and how those sections are configured, would be really difficult, both technically and from a user experience perspective. However, it’s something we will think about more, as you are not the only one to make this request.
