This is quite strange. Please try uninstalling then reinstall the Spectra plugin, make sure it’s upto date then regenerate assets and check again.

I request you debug as follows:
Please update to Spectra version 2.4.0. After updating, please be sure to regenerate the assets. We do this automatically after the plugin is updated, but just to be sure, go to “Spectra > Settings > Asset Generation > Regenerate Assets” and press the button.
Also, empty cache and hard reload while on the editor screen. Here’s how: https://share.bsf.io/2NumNvZ2.

I am replicating this and is because this is the access level given to the editor user as decision to permissions provided to the editor level user.
