In reply to: How do I creat a page similiar too this one?The first one looks like a very standard blog theme, with a right-hand sidebar, header image, and black background … the artwork is very original, but that has nothing to do with the theme. There is nothing special or unusual about the theme.

In reply to: Download Documentation in PDF formatI have been having the same issue — I need to do a lot of offline reading. I am eagerly awaiting the day that it is all put into a convenient PDF format. But for now I just mirror the codex.wordpress.org site every now and then, using HTTrack.
The command is:
httrack http://codex.wordpress.org waIt will take a while if you’ve got a slow connection, but you’ll have a nice browsable offline copy of all of the docs in Codex.
