In reply to: [Sermon Manager] 2.0 crashed my siteAny idea what the specific errors were? I’d hate to have you upgrade to 2.0.1 without first being sure they were resolved.

In reply to: [Sermon Manager] Still supported? Service Type issueRan into a couple tricky issues on the fix but this should be all good now in version 2.0.1. Can you please update and let us know if it’s fixed for you?

Yes, sorry. Latest version of EDD (2.6.16). PHP is version 5.6.22. However, it’s all fine now… I have no idea what happened, but in the process of activating/deactivating plugins it seems to have started working again. I’ll let you know if it pops back up.
Okay, great! I was a little surprised our plugin could cause that issue, but you never know. 😉 Have a great day!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Issues with Stripe 3.0.3 and 3.0.4@fernashes – You’ve now had 8 people on this thread report that this issue is still happening in 3.0.5 and you’ve yet to actually respond to any of us about this issue except to say ‘open a new ticket’ which apparently has already been done by @lictech. The reason we’re all posting here is because this thread claims that 3.0.5 is safe. Has this issue in 3.0.5 even been discussed by the Automattic team?
@lipctech – they make plenty of money on this free plugin. They’re getting a tiny piece of every $ processed via this plugin, otherwise they never would have made it free.
Thanks for letting us know! We have a new version available. Would you be willing to test it and see if it fixes your issue? If so send an email to support@wpovernight.com
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Issues with Stripe 3.0.3 and 3.0.4Same thing here. Just updated from 3.0.2 to 3.0.5 and starting getting jQuery errors. Rolled back to 3.0.2 and all is good.
Hi there!
Thank you for your message. We have that feature in the pro version. Unfortunately it’s a support intensive feature which is why we charge for it. If you want a copy you can get one here: Improved External Products Pro
Hey man! Sorry I somehow missed your message, but glad to hear it’s fixed. 🙂
I ended up being too busy to make the changes last weekend, but updates to the readme will be coming soon. If you don’t mind I would love if you could update the review as well. 🙂
Thank you for your question! Yes, the free version only works for single product pages. The category page features are very support intensive due to the unpredictability of various WooCommerce themes so those features are paid. Hopefully that makes sense!
Hey! Just wanted to follow up on this. I’m not seeing any new email in our ticketing system or any response here. I understand your frustration and would love your feedback in making improvements. If I don’t hear anything by tomorrow I will proceed in doing my best to improve the situation without your feedback. 🙂
Also, 1.2.2 had a few minor bugs so I wouldn’t recommend using it long term. 🙂
I am so sorry for the confusion here, but unless I made a mistake, this is exactly the same functionality that has always been here… @andrewnevins, you are correct, the readme could be more clear so I’ll adjust that.
@fromenglandwithlove, can you please send me a screenshot of what you are referring to? There are no other reports of this. Also I see you sent an email to my help forum (support@wpovernight.com) but used a fake email address. If you use a real one a I can offer you better support…
There are currently two settings for the free version and greyed out options showing what you would get with the pro.
The first setting allows you to enable/disable opening in new tab, the only feature that has ever been available prior to the last release.
The second feature is a new feature that allows you to customize the external button tab.
In the next release we are adding a powerful new feature.
The full functionality you had access to before is still there plus a new feature. If anything has changed it’s probably a bug and if you work with me I will help you fix it.
As for why we charge for those additional features, it’s because they are very support intensive. To give you an idea, last week I sold three copies. All three required custom help.
