    Hi,

    I’ve found the issue. It was a custom css code error for hiding the image titles on hover.

    I’ve deleted this and now everything works again.

    Hey @carolm29

    I tried it on my Windows pc and indeed, here it does work. It does not work on my Apple Macbook device, neither on Google Chrome nor Safari browser. Any idea what the issue could be here?

    I did add them via the Divi Theme Builder indeed, was a mistake. It only shows once now.

    Hi,

    I tried several things:

    • Upgrading WC does not work
    • Shortcode has the same issue
    • Another theme (I tried Twenty Twenty Four) same results

    I’ve contacted Divi Support and according to them, the issue is within WooCommerce itself. Could you please check?

    Hi Sérgio,

    Yes, WP Rocket is our caching plugin.

    I deleted all of the cache and browser cache, does not work.
    I deactivated every feature of WP Rocket, does not work.

    Hi Paulo;

    I created a staging site and the weird thing is: the analytics section is working on this one with the theme and all plugins activated.

    I tried to deactivate every plugin on the main website but that does not the trick…
