Hi there @jornejans,
Thanks for reaching out.
I understand you’re having trouble with product images in your store.
To troubleshoot this, please try to deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce to see if the problem persists. If it does, try switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront. If the issue is resolved, then the problem lies with your theme or one of your plugins.
Should the problem still exist, it might be a JavaScript error. To check this, you can right-click on your website, select ‘Inspect Element’, then click on ‘Console’. If there are any red errors, they might be causing the problem.
Let us know how this goes.

Hi there @jornejans,
Thanks for sharing further details on this issue.
Before we can proceed with more troubleshooting, could you please confirm if you were able to try the suggested steps to rule out a possible plugin/theme conflict?
fbq is not defined ReferenceError: fbq is not defined
The error message you’re seeing indicates that there’s a JavaScript function (fbq) that is being called but isn’t defined anywhere in your code. This function is related to Facebook’s Pixel tracking code. Please check to ensure your pixel plugin is properly installed,
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi,
I’ve found the issue. It was a custom css code error for hiding the image titles on hover.
I’ve deleted this and now everything works again.
Thx for the help.
Regards
Jorne
