In reply to: [HubSpot for WordPress] problems with hubspot's call to action pluginI’ll look into reasons why clicks might not get tracked. In the meantime if you can share the following info with me it would help a lot.
- Your WordPress version
- HubSpot Plugin version
- Which social sharing plugin you are using
- What PHP version your server is running
The social button problem has to do with sharing plugins inserting buttons on all Custom Post Types. Some plugins allow you to exclude the buttons from the post type in the settings.

In reply to: [Socialize] How to delete all the data? The easiest way to reset is to delete the contents of the ‘Call to Action Box Template’ in the Socialize Display settings. Save your changes then deactivate/reactivate the plugin.
This was a quick fix to solve another problem and is the only way to reset until I implement a more elegant solution.
What other problems were you having with the plugin?

In reply to: [Socialize] Google page speed optimization button minimum css hightHey thanks for all the suggestions.
I still need to get around to applying the proper formatting to every possible button combination. In the meantime I provided an option to remove the stylesheet so you can create your own if you like.
I’ll look into the speed suggestions you posted and hopefully get something new out soon.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [HubSpot for WordPress] HubSpot and shortcode plugin settings keep resettingI also forgot to ask which version of PHP your host is running. The plugin only supports PHP 5+.

In reply to: [HubSpot for WordPress] HubSpot and shortcode plugin settings keep resettingA few people have been experiencing this issue. I made some basic fixes that might help which should be on WordPress.org in a few minutes. I’m still working to fully understand the problem and will make updates as I figure it out.
Some things that might help me fix this:
Which plugins you are using? (I know this can be a pain to put together but it would really help)
Which version of WordPress are you running?
Is it a MU install?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: Moving from Hubspot to WordPressThere is currently no ‘easy’ way to go about this. You can import the posts by using your HubSpot blog feed but you would miss out on comments.
There is an API available to HubSpot medium and large customers that allows you to pull posts and comments however it would take some custom development to wrap this into something functional and easy to use.
Talk to your IMC or CSM to make sure you are on the same page.

In reply to: [HubSpot for WordPress] Tracking URL adds blog address to beginningThanks for reporting this. In the meantime I believe there is an option to turn off call to action stats in the settings area. I’ll try and have this updated early next week.

In reply to: Hubspot Plugin – Parse ErrorSeems like your host might be running PHP4. Check with them and ask to be upgraded to PHP5 so your site will support future versions of WordPress.
Let me know if this does this trick.

In reply to: [Socialize] Want "Alert Box" but Not the "Inline Social Buttons"Yes, for now you can only set the inline button position globally.
I’ll look into making the changes necessary to let you be able to do what you need. Currently you can’t display buttons inline on the front page and not on the page itself if you plan on using Call to Action boxes.
I can’t promise anything soon but I’ll definitely look into it more.
