The problem is still ongoing. I contacted my hosting company, as well as Papal, and nobody seems to know why these notifications are sent to me.

Does anyone here have infos about those ?

Merci, you’re right, I cleared the cache and it worked !
Although few minutes later I tried again and I had the same issue selecting shipping.
I wonder why, would you happen to know ? but I guess if customers can order without issue, that’s the main thing.

Never mind: since I got no answers I deleted the contact form 7 plugin and came back to using my theme one.
