What happens is when I click a link the video should popup in a lightbox, but instead opens in a new tab. Once I close the tab that opens, the page that the lightbox should be on then shows the video in the lightbox like it is supposed to.”

I did not think of that, and that is exactly what it was. Not sure why the upgrade to 3.8 changed the permissions, but now I know to be on the lookout for that.

Did you try to deactivate, then reactivate the plugin? If I remember right, that updates the log path to point to the new server/host. (I recall running into the same problem before.)

I still cannot get the Silent Remote Sending to work, but I was able to send the posted data as a query string on the redirect URL. I used these settings.
Query string fields to rename:
envelope-number=2envelope-number
unique-id=2unique-id

I copied the list given to me in HELP, minus the 3 I renamed.I was hoping that I would just be able to copy these to the Silent Remote Sending Settings to get it to work, but it did not work. I tried both POST and GET.

To clarify this… The url that I’m using is to the page that Form 2 is on. (not the url of the form itself that ends with ‘/#FSContact2’)

Thinking that the number of fields might be causing my issue (and running out of ideas), I started deleting fields one-by-one, and sending the test mail after each deletion. It sent when I got to 49. (not counting 3 standard fields I have disabled)

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] FSCF on subdomainI tested by creating a 3rd form. First, I restored the form that won’t send, into form #3. It still wouldn’t send a test email. I then created a small test form and it sent the test email.
Since this form won’t send from the site where I originally created it, I’ve ruled out a problem with the backup file.
The form that won’t send has 52 fields. Could the problem be related to its size?

I then went to the site of my non-working form and created a second form. (a dummy form) I then restored the backup to the dummy form ONLY. My import button was then enabled, and I was able to create my backup.

The only difference I found is thay my non-working form has this… 3.xx version forms are not available for import, the import button is disabled.. How can I enable the import button to see if that fixes my issue?
