In reply to: User can’t post comments using a MacI feel like I’m like a dog chasing its tail. It has nothing to do with the user being on a Mac. It’s still a FireFox issue. (and Safari too, I guess) Although I can log on with FireFox, the main page still has the “Register” and “Login” links when I go from the Dashboard to my site after I login.
I’ve searched help many times over and have found that the few suggestions have been of no help. Anybody have a suggestion?

I don’t want to “lose” my site again. (I feel lucky to see it now. I haven’t tested any of its functionality yet.)
I’m having the same issue. I could login with FF yesterday, but not today. IE7 lets me in.

In reply to: [Plugin: Register Plus] Verification “link” comes as plain textI use Outlook 2003… and it just occurred to me when I read your post that Outlook could be my culprit and not Register Plus. Sure enough, I checked my GMail on the web and the link was there. I can only assume that my comcast webmail will also have a link, since I can’t login to my account at the moment.
Do you know why it works fine in my Outlook if “Customize User Notification Email” is not enabled, but once I enable it I get a plain text “link”?
A reason this “solution” escaped me is because I turned my security settings as low as I could, yet I still had the problem.
…and FYI if you still want to know. I am using IE7, Fire Fox, and Windows XP SP2.

In reply to: Upload errorThanks (again) samboll. I can upload images and other files just fine now. What I see is occurring now is that a thumbnail is being created for the images, but not for other file types. (PDF, HTML, etc.)
