    I know how to do that, I want to find the orders that were changed to complete. The person select bulk order and click on the wrong option which was completed. This will affect the revenue total. I need to find which orders were marked as complete if i can find that then i can again select them and mark them as cancelled. Manage order will not help in this regard. I need to trace the orders that were made complete as these orders were cancelled by the customer. I cannot go into individual order and mark them as cancelled

    What I am asking is, the canceled orders were accidentally marked as completed which sent lots of emails to the customers. The orders that were canceled should have been sent to the bin and not marked as complete. Can the order be put back as canceled, can I see which customers were selected and marked as completed.

    if you know how server hosting works, you should have known that W3TC Cache save its information in the .htaccess file on the host server. That is where you need to clear the cache as well. Took me a day to sort it out. You kept dwelling on WordPress and WooCommerce

    Putting the product in draft does not work. Please see my previous responses. I am trying to troubleshoot why the site changes does not take effect on mobile devices. You can see that the product is out of stock on PC. The out of stock change does not appear on the mobile device. I have moved the live site to a staging environment and when I view the site on the mobile site the change appears. Something is not right on the live site when viewing it on the mobile device. Any changes made must reflect on both mobile and PC

    Steps I have taken to resolve this issue, however it did not help at all.

    – Cleared the cache
    – Deleted all cache plugins
    – Tried a new theme
    – disabled plugins

    Is there anyone that know what the issue might be.

    I think you missing the issue I have, to answer you reply, I have added the product again, I have deleted the product in my previous posts I have mentioned. The problem I have is, when I make a change to products it only change for pc and it is not visible when customer browse the site via pc, but when you browse the site on a mobile device the changes do not reflect, you will still see the product. When I created a staging site and cloned the site the staging does show the changes made. The product shows out of stock on pc in the live site and out of stock on the mobile via the staging site, once again it does not show out of stock in the mobile device in on the live site

    https://arkprovisions.com/arkprovision_sta/ this is the new staging site , look at the chilli crisp product change, with the label “Out Of Stock” view it on your pc and mobile but if you view the live site on mobile you wont see the change, so i am really trying to figure out what is causing the issue. I have tried everything but to no avail, so i am really confused

    I have created a staging https://arkprovisions.com/arkprovision_sta/, after the files were moved to the staging site, to my surprise the chilli crisp product was not on the staging site. I created the staging site last night and made the product hidden. But within the Live environment the change only applied to the PC and not the mobile device. Please do not that i have not disable any plugins in the staging site. Something is not right. What i am going to do now is to delete the current staging site and create a new one with the current changes, i have added the product back in WooCommerce and created a label for out of stock. This change only applied to the PC, when i viewed the live site on my mobile device the changes did not apply. I have removed all caching and deleted the plugins

    I have now added the product back again. But any change i make needs to take effect on both PC and Mobile

    The solution is taking to long, what i have done i have added the product again (Chilli Crisp) and added a banner to notify customers that the product is out of stock. Everytime you install a plugin or update a plugin WooCommerce breaks
