I have hidden my product but it takes effect on my pc but when customers view the shop on their mobile phone the product is still displayed.I would like the product to be hidden on both pc and mobile
What seems to be the issue.

I have done what you have suggested but when i go to WooCommerce > Settings the start button is inactive to do the re-import
