    Hi All

    Canceled orders were accidentally marked as Completed. Is there any way to see which orders were marked as complete so that they can be reverted back to their original status as Cancelled so that it can be moved to Bin instead

    What I am asking is, the canceled orders were accidentally marked as completed which sent lots of emails to the customers. The orders that were canceled should have been sent to the bin and not marked as complete. Can the order be put back as canceled, can I see which customers were selected and marked as completed.

    I hear you! As @oaoyadeyi mentioned, you can do that by managing your orders, let me show you how to do that:

    1. Navigate by your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Orders;
    2. You can then, check them all per their status; Sample image: https://snipboard.io/3IJLr2.jpg
    3. Click on the order to edit;
    4. From the Order Details, you can click on the dropdown item to change its status. i.e: From Completed to Canceled; Sample image: https://snipboard.io/pGXx6b.jpg
    5. After changing it, you’ll need to click on the Update button.

    I know how to do that, I want to find the orders that were changed to complete. The person select bulk order and click on the wrong option which was completed. This will affect the revenue total. I need to find which orders were marked as complete if i can find that then i can again select them and mark them as cancelled. Manage order will not help in this regard. I need to trace the orders that were made complete as these orders were cancelled by the customer. I cannot go into individual order and mark them as cancelled

    Hi @jktech42,

    I want to find the orders that were changed to complete.

    You should see a note on the right below Order notes. This is what shows on my test site:

    There is not a function to do this automatically in WooCommerce, so you’d want to check each order note and switch to the previous status only for orders that went from “Cancelled” to “Completed”.
