Looking on that error I see you have an open_basedir restriction, can you try fixing that and then try again creating a backup and restore it and see how it goes?

Please keep one issue per post as required, regarding open_basedir, you should contact your hosting company and ask them if they have ny restrictions for open_basedir, that a PHP setting

Google Drive is now integrated directly into XCloner Plugin by default, no need anymore to install extra plugin to get Google Drive support.
Please make sure you’re using latest XCloner version.

Seems you may have another plugin installed on your website which is conflicting and cause you an error.
Can you check and maybe try to temporary disabled mailchimp-for-woocommerce plugin and see how it goes?

When db file is archived the size is also compressed with the backup.
