Can you try delete that schedule, then setup again a new one and when you are in step where it asks to select what files you want to include in the backup, just select no files ?

Sorry for delay reply, based on that error it appears that your WordPress website does not have REST API enabled, can you check and make sure you’ve enabled it ?

That seems to be a a server error, in order to see what’s wrong, I’d suggest you to check your server error logs and see what’s recorded in there when that issue happens.
