Thank you for posting the mini-plugin. Solved all my sites
I added the directory wp-content/uploads/shortcodes-ultimate-skins
This worked. I was able to get back into the settings

2.0 + has been a pain in the… Looks like I may need to find a different solution for my five sites.
Same problem regarding link buttons in visual editor. Had to disable NextGen to insert link.
