I have a similar problem when a customer places an order,
admin does not receive notifications via email. It appeared after the upgrade and greatly complicates my job. How to solve this problem?

the same problem:
ERROR: ZipArchive returns status: (ER_DELETED) Entry has been deleted
and can not upload archives to SugarSync and Dropbox

after the command SHOW TABLES LIKE ‘wp_PO_url_plugins’
I get an answer,that the request has been executed successfully:
Tables wp_po_url_plugins
Thank you! After the upgrade to version 2.5.5 , the error message disappears.Your plugin is very good and helped me greatly
