Hello @vilanova,
I tried the custom code in the dev doc that you link and it worked without an issue.
By the looks of it, the code might not have been copied correctly in your setup. Can you please make sure that you have all the codes in the dev doc copied correctly on your site?
In case the issue persists, please post the code you have added here. And for formatting purposes, please wrap the code that you will post here inside the
<pre></pre>tags.Thank you.
Hello @jfire1973,
We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Hello @mridulmet,
By default, the Disable Scroll Animation of the next/previous button of the multi-page form setting should be inactive but in case this setting was enabled in your form settings, kindly double-check and turn the option off and your form should automatically scroll when you click on next/previous buttons.
For more information, please check here.
I hope this helps!
Hi @mueckeb,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.
If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.
To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
I hope this helps 🙂

Hello @esackbauer,
Is there a chance that you can enable your error log and provide us with the complete log messages you got?
That way, we’ll be able to see if what is mainly causing the issue.
Thanks, and please let me know.
