    Hi there,

I just made my first form with the plugin Contact Form by WPForms.
Building the form goes fine, but the filled forms never comes to my e-mail.
I triple checked the boxes “send to e-mailadres” and others, but everything seems correct. Filling another e-mailadres is not helping.

Does anyone know: what do I forget?

    Ruben

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @rubenvankempen,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps 🙂

    Hi Jade,

    Thanks for your respond.
I followed the tutorial and everything seems to be correct.

I am going to try the recommended SMTP-options. Hopefully one of those will can fix the issue.

    Thanks for your time!

    Hello @rubenvankempen,

You’re welcome. Usually, setting up a good mailer using the SMTP fixes the email deliverability issue since it makes the emails that go out your site authenticated.

I hope one of those SMTP options sort the issue out.

It’s fixed by using Sendinblue, like you recommend on the link you send me.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate it!
