I would like to mention first that the Reply-To email is the email address that the reply message is sent when you want the reply to go to an email address that is different than the Send To Email Address setting.
Basically, only the emails that are set in the Send To Email Address setting will receive the email notifications. Then, when those emails get received and the reply button of the email client (gmail, outlook, etc.) is clicked, the Reply-To email will automatically be set as the receiver of the reply.
In case you want several email addresses to receive the email notifications, please know that you can add multiple email address to the Send To Email Address setting. You just need to separate the emails with a comma (,).
