Hi @voicetoons,
We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Hello @alygraphy,
We currently do not have a built-in way to ban words in the form entries but with a bit of custom code, you should be able to do so by following this guide.
In case it helps, here’s our tutorial with the most common ways to add custom code like this.
For the most beginner-friendly option in that tutorial, I’d recommend using the Code Snippets plugin.
Hi @wpfan1000,
When you edit the form, it opens the form builder which fills the entire screen. However, you should be able to easily exit from the form builder by clicking on the exit button and it should redirect you back to the WordPress admin. Please check this screenshot for reference.
If you’re only seeing a gear icon that loads endlessly while opening the form builder, there might be a JavaScript error on your site that is causing the issue.
When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
Hello @voyantone,
Thanks for writing in.
I tried to checked your site through the code inspector to see if there’s anything that’s out of ordinary but it looks like you have a plugin that stop the code inspector feature.
When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
Hello @beelounge,
To do that, please try the following custom CSS snippet in your site:
.grecaptcha-badge { right: unset !important; left: 0 !important; }And in case it helps, here’s a tutorial from WPBeginner on how to add custom CSS like this to your site.
Hope this helps!
Hello @diane96,
In that case, can you please try to enable your error logs as that should be able have more information of the error that occurs on the website.
Please check this guide on how you could have that setup.
You may also get in touch directly with your hosting provider and ask them for your site’s error logs.
Once you have it, kindly provide us with the information as that could help us point out the cause of the issue when your site is getting the error 500 when submitting the form.
Thank you.
Hello @simonjarrow,
When the Disable Email Summaries option is checked, that should definitely stop the weekly email summaries from being sent out of your site.
When you get the chance, can you please double-check that you have the latest version of WPForms installed on your site? Currently, the latest version is 1.6.4.
In case you are already using the latest version, can you please provide us a screenshot of the emails that you are getting?
Thank you.
Hello @alexandraka,
Thanks for writing in.
There are cases that the AJAX script (which allows the form to save without refreshing the page) is not being allowed to load. This almost always stems from a file permissions issue.
When you get the chance, can you please contact your host and ask them to reset your site’s file permissions as this should most likely solve the issue you’re getting.
I hope this helps.
