[NSFW] Form displays double using 1 shortcode

    I have exactly one form I created, however when I paste it into the page using either the shortcode or the Divi module the form appears twice.
    What am I doing wrong?

    Hello @voyantone,

    Thanks for writing in.

    I tried to checked your site through the code inspector to see if there’s anything that’s out of ordinary but it looks like you have a plugin that stop the code inspector feature.

    When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
