In reply to: [Comment SPAM Wiper] Invalid API keyPlease send you API Key at contact[at]spamwipe.com. My bet is that you did not entered your website in the format “http://www.site.com” an the sign-up page. It’s a common mistake even if it is specified 3 times on the page.
Hi,
Indeed there was a problem when you posted in admin. It is fixed now in ver 1.2.1. So make sure you upgrade.

In reply to: [Comment SPAM Wiper] Comment SPAM Wiper stops all of my commentsHi,
Once you activate the plugin you get a new tab in the admin area called “CSW”. Under CSW\Settings you enter the API Key. That’s all.PS: If you dont activate the plugin by entering the API Key, it won’t stop any comment.
Best regards,
CSW Support TeamHi,
Sorry for the late response. The person responsible was on leave until today. The error “We don’t allow comment spam here.” is shown when a user tries to post a comment directly, without posting the commtnt from the comment page. This is the way an automated tool would try to post comments. Normally you shouldn’t had to see that error. CloudFlare doesn’t have anything to do with it. Check if your browser has javascript enabled. This is the only other thing that would trigger that error.

In reply to: [Comment SPAM Wiper] [Plugin: Comment SPAM Wiper] Bugs, bugs, bugsYou only need to register once, but you have to do it right. As it says on the sign-up page:
Make sure you enter the Site URL in the format: http://www.site.com. The “http://” part in the URL is mandatory.
Another thing to keep in mind: each API Key is issued for a specific domain. If you try to use the API Key for a different domain that the one specified in the sign-up form it won’t work. So, make sure that you use the API Key on the website you specified.
