In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to edit Woocommerce emails modelsHi!
There are two ways of adjusting emails:
1. Use a theme template, for which you can find instructions here: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/how-to-customize-woocommerce-order-emails/
2. Use a localisation plugin, such as [Loco Translate](https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/)If you made edits to a template previously but can’t find your edits now, it’s likely that you made adjustments to the core WooCommerce plugin. Whenever an update happens, those changes get overwritten – so it’s recommended that you make changes using a [child theme](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/) instead.
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PermalinksHey there Nina,
The
?v=appendage usually refers to a caching plugin that’s doing its magic. It would make sense for this to appear after a plugin activation or deactivation, as the caching plugin will serve the version of your site that it has stored. It’s not malicious.Knowing this, do you want us to continue troubleshooting?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] fatal errorHi there!
Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront theme (it’s free)
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
Hey there Matt, thanks for letting us know about this! You may want to get in touch with the developers of that plugin and let them know about it 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order List Order is WrongHey again!
Unless there’s a plugin or custom function that deals with this, I think it’s likely that the ‘Date’ link was clicked by accident (that’s happened to me a few times ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ).
If you want to make sure there’s no plugin or bit of code getting in the way, here’s what you can do:
1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront theme (it’s free)
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product showing out of stock when only 1 variation has no stockHey Coen,
That’s good news! I think it’s likely that something went sideways with the migration.
It might be a good idea to look at *how* you’re migrating. What’s your process?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce category permalinksHi there! You’ll want to adjust this in your Permalinks settings page. You’ll find that when visiting the admin side of your site (usually located under store.com/wp-admin), then ‘Settings’, and then ‘Permalinks’.
Under ‘Product permalinks’, choose ‘custom base’ and fill in:
/product/%product_cat%/Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!
Hi there!
When I select any product created it opens on a new page but it does not appear, everything is blank.
This is likely due to the theme you are using. What happens when you switch to a theme called TwentyNineteen, or Storefront? Does the same problem exist then?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order List Order is WrongHey there! The default way that WooCommerce displays orders is indeed from newest to last. If you’re seeing something different, I think something may be off. When looking at the table of orders, at the top you will see the table headers – ‘Order’, ‘Date’, and so on.
What happens when you click on the ‘Date’ header? That should reorder your orders to newest-oldest. If it’s sorting from oldest to newest, you’ll want to click ‘Date’ one more time.
Here’s a screenshot to illustrate what I’m talking about: https://snipboard.io/ZmASY8.jpg

Hey again @gerske – as per the [WooCommerce developer blog](https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2019/12/11/woocommerce-3-9-beta-1/), the official release of 3.9.0 will be on January 7th 2020. Bar any mayor events, that’s the time I would expect the update to become available.
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!
