In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Arrows in circlesThis kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
This is best done on a staging site. That’s a copy of your live site, so you can test things out without making changes to your actual site. Some hosting companies offer a staging site service within their hosting plans. If yours does not, there is a great free plugin that will allow you to build a complete staging site with a few button clicks: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging.
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce shipping fee issuesHi again!
I’m not aware of alternative plugins (though that doesn’t mean that they aren’t available!), but you are more than welcome to get in touch with our support team for assistance on getting Conditional Shipping and Payments to work for you.
You can contact us here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add Description to the Product CategoryThat sounds very frustrating! I do know that many support teams experience a bit of a ticket surge around holidays such as Easter, so it may be because of that that you haven’t heard back yet.
In the case that they become entirely unresponsive, you may want to look into switching themes. Not just for this scenario, but also for future instances where you may need help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] order emails in secondary languageHi again!
I don’t know of a specific plugin that would do this for you, but you can use AutomateWoo with a bit of custom code. Through that, you can set up a workflow that lets you send out a custom email (say, the new order email translated in the language of your choice), based on the language the customer has selected.
We don’t offer customisation services through our support team, so I would recommend getting in touch with a developer: https://woocommerce.com/customizations

Hi there Khalid,
That would require adjusting the theme you are using. You can use an ‘external‘ product type, but in order for all the links to refer to the link you insert into that product, you’ll need to adjust your theme’s code to reflect that (by default, just the ‘add to cart’ button will change).
I don’t have code ready for you to use, so I’ll leave this open to other members of the community to provide further advice. If you’re in a hurry, you can also reach out to a developer for assistance: https://woocommerce.com/customizations

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Where is the set up wizardHi there!
It should definitely be there, located at the left of the tab that pulls down when you select “Help”: https://snipboard.io/wtrea7.jpg
If it’s not there for you in that same location, make sure you are running the latest version of WooCommerce. If that doesn’t help, do a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add Description to the Product CategoryHi there!
If your site is not displaying the category description that you’ve filled in, the theme is preventing it from appearing. I recommend getting in touch with the theme developers directly, to ask where to make the necessary adjustments.
Good luck!
