Facebook for woocommerce synchronisation problem

Hi all. I have installed the plugin Facebook for Woocommerce. Most of the products sync well with facebook shop catalog. However, some product that are in Woocommerce shop are not showing up in the Facebook catalog. Now I found out that in the product overview in wordpress, the option ‘Facebook synchronisation’ is on ‘Sync and hide’.

Does someone know how I can change this into ‘Sync and show’?

Can you clarify, are you seeing an option anywhere (ie in a dropdown) to be able to select sync and show?

Can you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing?

There is no dropdown, it’s just a feature of the product.

You can find that setting in each individual product under the Facebook tab in Product Data.

Thanks for this suggestion. I already have checked this Facebook tab at the product page but since I have a variable product, I get to see different options than in your example.

For variable products, the Facebook Sync and Show option is located in individual variations. Here is a screenshot for reference:

Yessss that’s it! Thanks a lot!!

But since I have a million variable products, it would be nice to bulk this setting. Does someone know if this is possible?

There is no bulk edit interface that would work for this. Perhaps CSV export/import to edit the fields in bulk. See: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/
