Hi,
Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the WRC Pricing Tables plugin. We appreciate your detailed message and feedback.
Regarding your feature requests:
1. Showing All 3 Columns + Feature Column Together on Mobile
At this time, the plugin’s mobile responsiveness follows the standard stacked layout – columns break into a single-column view for better readability on smaller screens.However, we completely understand your use case for showing all 3 columns + the feature column side by side on mobile, especially for better comparison. This feature was previously part of our Pro version, but we temporarily removed support for it based on feedback from many users who found multiple columns on small screens difficult to read.
That said, based on recent requests like yours, we’re now planning to reintroduce this feature as an optional extension in the Premium version. It will be made available separately for users who specifically need this layout and are comfortable with a slightly denser mobile view. This add-on will involve a small extra cost, and we’ll share more details once it’s ready.
2. Displaying Both Checkmark and Text Together in a Cell
In the free version, you can use either a checkmark or text per cell.In the Pro (Ultimate) version, you’ll have access to additional content types, including:
- HTML support (fully customizable)
- Star Rating
- Checkmark + Text combined in a single cell (just like the one you mentioned)
This gives you more flexibility for presenting features clearly and professionally.
Unfortunately, the image you mentioned (hosted at ibb.co) is no longer accessible or has expired. If you’d like to re-upload it or send us another reference, we’d be happy to take a closer look.
Please let us know if you have any more questions or would like help upgrading to the Pro version or planning for the extension.
Best regards,
Iftekhar AlamHi @venutius,
Thanks a lot for the detailed follow-up – really appreciate your insight! It sounds like a very specific edge case, and your observation about the
localStoragecheck is quite helpful.Just to clarify, our plugin (T4B News Ticker) doesn’t use
localStorage, so the issue might be triggered by an unusual browser/system configuration or a conflict with another script. Once you’re back and have a chance to look into it, feel free to share your findings – I’d be happy to assist further if needed.Enjoy the music festival, and thanks again for using the ticker on your other site – glad to hear it’s working well there!

Iftekhar AlamHi @venutius,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re facing issues.
From your message, it seems the problem might be related to character encoding – specifically how the
&symbol (represented as&or#038;in HTML) is being rendered. However, T4B News Ticker itself doesn’t alter translation strings or interfere with other plugins’ admin texts or menus. Also, we don’t modify any global admin scripts that could cause such a broad JS failure in the backend.Since we haven’t seen this issue reported by any other users, it’s likely to be a conflict with another plugin or possibly a theme function. To help identify the root cause, could you please share:
- A link to your site (or staging site if available)
- A screenshot of the JavaScript console error
- The full error message from the console
- A list of active plugins or any recent changes
This information will help us investigate further and ensure compatibility across setups.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Iftekhar AlamHi Rama,
We’ve tested your site again and can confirm that the T4B News Ticker is working correctly with version 1.4.2 – we’ve even recorded a short video to show it in action:
The scrolling effect, scripts, and styles are loading perfectly on your site. If the ticker appears broken on your end, it might be due to local browser cache or a specific device/browser issue.
Please try:
- Clearing your browser cache again
- Checking in an incognito/private window
- Testing from a different device or browser
Let us know what you see – but rest assured, the plugin is fully functional as shown in the video.
Best Regards,
Iftekhar AlamHi Rama,
Thanks for the update and for your patience.
We’ve just released version 1.4.2 of the T4B News Ticker plugin. This update specifically addresses the issue you encountered – where the ticker appears broken after updating.
What was the issue?
In version 1.4.1, the plugin’s scripts were being enqueued directly from the shortcode. While this works in many themes, it can fail in some cases if the shortcode is rendered too late – after the scripts are expected to be registered. This caused the inline ticker initialization to break.What’s fixed in 1.4.2?
We’ve adjusted how the scripts are handled to ensure they register and enqueue properly across all themes and scenarios. This should resolve the issue you’re facing.👉 Please update to version 1.4.2 and let us know if the problem persists.
Thanks again for helping us improve the plugin!
Best regards,
T4B TeamHi @eappsys,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your site link.
I’ve visited the page you mentioned and I can confirm that the T4B News Ticker is working perfectly there – the ticker is scrolling and functioning as expected.
What you experienced might be related to caching or optimization plugins installed on your site. After updating to a new version of any plugin, sometimes cached or minified versions of old scripts/styles continue to load, causing issues that appear as if the plugin isn’t working. Please try the following steps:
- Clear your site cache (if you are using any caching/optimization plugin like WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, etc.)
- Clear your browser cache or try viewing the site in incognito/private mode.
- If you are using a CDN (like Cloudflare), purge its cache as well.
After these steps, the updated script and styles should load correctly, and everything should work fine – as it’s already doing from our end.
Let me know if the issue persists after clearing the cache. I’m happy to help further if needed.
Best regards,
Iftekhar Alam
Developer – T4B News TickerHi @jaymex10,
Thanks for your message and really sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing.
Just to clarify, there was no update on 21 May – the previous update was on 10 February 2025, and the latest one was released on 25 May 2025. Sometimes, after an update, certain issues may appear if your site uses a caching or optimization plugin. These can interfere with updated scripts and cause unexpected behavior like the one you’re seeing.
To fix this, please try clearing your site cache, browser cache, and any plugin-related cache (like from LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, Cloudflare etc.).
Also, to properly investigate and resolve the issue, I would really appreciate it if you could share a link to a page where the ticker is active. That will help me check what’s going wrong and provide a quick solution.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Iftekhar

- A short description of what’s not working

Developer, T4B News TickerHi @abbas1122,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’ve just tested T4B News Ticker v1.4.1 with the Astra theme and WordPress 6.8.1 – everything is working fine on my end. The issue you’re experiencing may be due to:
- A caching issue – try clearing your site and browser cache.
- A conflict with another plugin – you can temporarily deactivate other plugins to check.
- Missing jQuery or JavaScript errors – please check the browser console for any errors.
Also, the screenshot link you shared seems broken (“That page doesn’t exist”). Could you please share a working link?
Let me know what you find – I’m here to help!
Best regards,
IftekharHi,
Thank you for reporting the issue with the T4B News Ticker displaying as bulleted text. Version 1.4.1 fixes the ticker not initializing in block themes like Twenty Twenty-Four and Twenty Twenty-Five, ensuring smooth animation. Please update to 1.4.1 and verify again.
Steps to Confirm:
- Update via Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- Check that the ticker animates without bulleted text.
- If issues remain, share the shortcode’s location, or a screenshot.

IftekharHello Ken,
Thanks for reaching out.
I understand that your ticker stopped scrolling after upgrading to version 1.4.0. Let’s troubleshoot this together!
I checked your website’s source code and noticed that the ticker initialization script is missing:
<script>
jQuery(function(){
jQuery("#ticker").liScroll();
});
</script>This script is responsible for making the ticker scroll. Please check the following:
- Ensure the ticker is enabled in the plugin settings.
- Disable any caching or minification plugins and clear your browser cache (Press Ctrl+Shift+Del → Clear Cache).
- Check for JavaScript conflicts: Open your browser console (Press F12 → Go to the Console tab) and see if any errors appear.
- Try temporarily switching to a default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four) and deactivating other plugins to check for conflicts.
Regarding “continuous scroll,” there is no option by that name in the plugin. Could you clarify what you meant by that? Happy to assist further!
Best Regards,
IftekharHello Bartiofficial,
I see that the ticker settings are not appearing in your admin panel, but the ticker works fine on the homepage. Let’s try some debugging steps to find out what’s causing the issue:
- Please install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. Use the Troubleshooting Mode to check if the issue persists with all other plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) enabled.
- Enable WordPress debugging by adding the following lines to your
wp-config.phpfile:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );After doing this, check the
wp-content/debug.logfile and share any errors via Pastebin or Gist.- Please open the browser console (Press F12 → Go to the Console tab) and check if there are any JavaScript errors when loading the settings page.
- Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme to check if there’s a conflict.
Let me know what you find, and we’ll take it from there!
Best Regards,
IftekharThank you for the clarification. I sincerely apologize for the mistake and will fully adhere to WordPress.org support guidelines moving forward.
